No 27 is in Guisborough, a quaint market town on the edge of the beautiful North Yorkshire Moors National Park, 6 miles to the sea. 1st floor apartment with fully equipped kitchen, comfy king-size bed, lounge with 2 x single sofa beds, TV, and WiFi.

A 5-minute walk to the town centre, 10 minutes to Gisborough Hall. Situated over my business premises, Physioplus+, with a separate entrance at the rear. Sun trap balcony overlooks a car park... but a pleasant place! Pet friendly.

No 27 offers a central location in this small market town on the edge of the North Yorkshire Moors National Park. Milk, sugar, tea, coffee & toiletries are provided, along with all linens & towels. A sun-trap balcony overlooks the car park with outside seating opening from the kitchen with an adjacent bathroom with bath and shower over. No 27 is fully double glazed with storage heating and has additional heating supplied from designer electric heaters in living room and bedroom with a further kitchen plinth heater.

In case you don’t have time for the washing machine/dryer at No 27 there is a launderette just around the corner with facilities for additional washing/drying. A drying rack is available to use in front of the storage heaters in winter, or out on the balcony when the weather allows!

No 27 is accessed from it’s own private door at the back of Physioplus+ business premises at 25-27 Redcar Road [ go onto Walkers Row, and onto the car-park]. For weekend visitors, car parking directly behind the apartment is free from 6pm Friday evening until 8am Monday morning. If your stay extends beyond the weekend we provide a parking permit for use on nearby streets.

I try to leave basic food in the cupboards in case you arrive starving late at night, please replace anything you use up eg: soup/beans/pasta/sauce.

Other things to note

No 27 has a steep staircase... We have accommodated babies previously, but you must let us know in advance if you want a travel cot available as it is shared amongst our properties. One well behaved, non-furniture chewing pet is welcome... but please let us know in advance if you are bringing one. Reluctantly we can't accommodate noisy dogs as it disturbs the patients in the Physioplus+ clinic below, and we ask you to keep the TV and any music volumes low for the same reason.

Pleasant terraced house on a narrow residential street within walking distance of the town centre & bus routes. Sleeps 4 in 'proper' beds, and can accommodate 6 using a temporary bed. Travel cot and high chair also provided. Walk to the moors or explore the seaside (6 miles). Pet friendly, but please let us know if you are bringing fur babies! 😸🐱🐈🐈

No 35 is a re-furbished terraced house in a narrow, one way residential street. Parking is on both sides, and can be a little tight, although I do manage to get my ambulance in there! There is a nearby car park off Walkers Row less than 2 minutes away, free at weekends, for those with larger vehicles. Directions are in the House Manual at No 35.

No 35 has 2 bedrooms, 1 large room with a king size bed, and 1 room with twin beds which can be put together to make a double. Please let us know in advance of your stay which way you want this bed so that we can put the appropriate bedding on. 🙂

There is a small double sofa bed in the lounge, which can sleep another two people.

We can provide a single camper bed to go in the big bedroom if you are all friendly, and a travel cot if needed ( but you need your own bedding for the cot, please).

New kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, fridge freezer, gas hob and electric fan oven etc.

The understairs cupboard and the big bedroom cupboard contain all my paints & renovation materials and should be avoided!

The clearly labelled cupboards in the kitchen have my stuff in them.

Other things to note

The stairs of No 35 are quite steep and there is one step down into the bathroom, worth noting if you have children or reduced mobility.

The house has now hosted quite a few dogs, and my cat stays here with me when I am home, hence the cat flap in back door. Please note if you have severe pet allergies.

There is a travel cot in the main bedroom, with sheets for the bottom, but please bring your own blankets, and let us know if you will need the sheets.

The second bedroom has twin beds which convert as a zipped double bed on request (7 days notice required)

Traditional street house, attached to the village pub (currently closed), but untroubled by noise. Ultra high ceilings, original fireplaces in the living room & bedroom with an old range in the kitchen. Decorated with pieces from my travels. Yard with barbeque & seating. Pet friendly - please let us know if you are bringing fur babies!

No 3 is a traditional terraced house, attached to the public house next door which is closed and currently for sale. It is right on the edge of the North Yorkshire Moors National Park, with a distant view of the sea, which is 6 miles away at Redcar, Marske, Saltburn. Staithes & Whitby are within 20 miles.

Ground Floor:

Living Room, 2 settees, 2 chairs, TV, fireplace, books , games & toys.

Kitchen, fully equipped with gas hob, electric fan oven, microwave and is completed with pull out hood, slow cooker, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. Old range cooker and hanging clothes drying rack. It is fully equipped with cookware, cutlery and crockery. There is a dining table and 6 chairs. Cushions for the outside chairs and barbeque tools are on the shelving.

Access to enclosed yard/garden with table, bench seating and barbeque.

Bedroom 1 has a king size double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables with lamps. It also has 2 stacked trundlebeds.

Bedroom 2 has a single bed, bedside table and lamps

Bedroom 3 has a super king sized bed, hanging space and shelves, bedside table and lamps together with a flat screen tv.

Bedroom 4 has a single bed, bedside table and lamps together with a flat screen tv.

The bathroom has a bath with electric shower over, wall heater and fan, sink and toilet.

The living room has a new flat screen TV, two sofas (each seating 2 people) and 2 chairs.

There are various books on the shelves, please feel free to read and swap any novels but don't take any reference books e.g. dictionaries, cook books away.

We provide all towels and bed linen, tea towels and oven gloves, washing up liquid etc.

Basic food supplies of tea, coffee, salt, pepper, herbs spices and cooking oil are in the cupboards. We provide fresh milk for your first cuppa. There is a supply of pasta and cooking sauce in case you arrive hungry late at night.
